I really wanted to give this company 5 stars. The project was going great, all of the work completed to a high quality and meeting expectations. Sadly on the final day things turned. They cut corners and left jobs unfinished. Many contractual obligations went unfulfilled and there was no follow up to ensure the project was signed off to our satisfaction. The owner did not want to come back to site and finalise the job or remediate the issues I had raised. He only seemed interested in receiving final payment. It was a pity things turned out this way but I do have a new back yard I love.
