Usually customers ask about an advise on the tiles' size to be used, grout colour, tile layout and my answer would depend on their budget regarding on which tile to go for and the other issues depend on the taste of the client.

1- Be prompt on starting work for an important reason for the customer where they might need the job done for the sale of their property. 2- I get most of the materials at a cheaper rates than my customers 3- Give my customers cheaper and competitive rates to other tradies

what makes pricing competitive is the good rates with the services added to the quoting and the less burden I take off the client's shoulders then I've got more chance to win a job with my pricing.

When it comes to quoting, there are a few ways to price a job either per square meter, per job ( as a bulk where usually I supply all the materials and sometimes the tiles as well or per hour rate too.

I specialize in all different types of tiles from ceramic, porcelain/vitrified, terracotta, mosaics, natural stones and granite- Screed and bedding- Indoor/ outdoor.  I do my own feature patterns.
