How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Kleenworld started when Jane, a detail-oriented housewife, and company founder, hired many cleaning service providers. She thought that there were a lot of areas for development to achieve the top level of service provided. Her microbiology background has prompted her to establish a home-based Australian cleaning business so she can apply the clinical techniques, procedures and practices in the firm.  With the support of friends and business associates, Kleenworld has quickly grown to serve residents, contractors and business establishments in Melbourne. Many have come to trust the company for its professional commercial and home cleaning services.  Kleenworld is determined to become Australia's premier cleaning service provider, offering superior, safe products and services to people everywhere.

One of our favourite stories is that of the President JFK who saw a cleaner while he was visiting the NASA space centre in 1962.  He walked over to the cleaner and said, "Hi, I'm Jack Kennedy. What are you doing?"  "Well, Mr President," the cleaner responded, "I'm helping put a man on the moon."  The moral of the story: Each one is important, and has contributed something, big or small, in shaping one's life or a firm.

Kleenworld doesn't undersell services. We outperform our competitors by providing excellent performance and efficient, hygienic and cost-effective cleaning technology. We take pride of our advanced systems that provide consistent and efficient work structure.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We make our estimate quote reasonable as possible based on our experience and the requirements our clients have currently provided us.   We charge a fixed rate of $30 per cleaner-hour, with a minimum of $70 per service. Our steam-clean services (carpet steam, mattresses steam, furniture steam, grout and tiles steam) is $39 per cleaner hour, with a minimum of $79 per service.   Please talk to us if you require a customised cleaning plan or package.

We do much of post-construction cleaning for big construction firms. We promote green-clean approach in our cleaning and management procedures. Instead of using harsh chemicals, we apply superheated dry steam vapour to dissolve dirt and kill bacteria. This method removes debris and moisture from surfaces.
