Our law firm of course has professional indemnity insurance. We guarantee that our fees will remain fixed and if the matter requires a lot more work than usual, will have multiple alternatives for you to consider. We guarantee to take your telephone calls and to return messages and calls.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Helping to make the process of buying property (in particular) more easy to understand is my primary goal. Its not something that you do very often so my passion is to ensure that you are confident that you're being looked after and that you understand what the process means to you. I'm here for you both legally and emotionally.

I love working for First Home Buyers. This is the largest transaction that anyone will make(for most people) and while I make many of the processes easy with apps and online forms, I also enjoy answering questions and ensuring that my clients understand what is happening and feel confident about their purchase.

Seeing happy clients when they have either sold their house and got their money or seeing happy clients when they have bought their dream home or their investment property. Its good work. I also like working with my team. They are all very professional and enjoy speaking to our clients.

Are you experienced in this type of conveyance? (whether that is residential unit, residential house, rural property). Different types of property require different searches and you must know what to order.  Can I contact you on the weekends if I have a question? Yes you can.

I have had my offer accepted, what do I do? First thing is to provide our details to the real estate agent so that we can get a copy of the contract for you.  Where are you? We are everywhere. We use proven electronic means of communication but are also sensitive to those clients who prefer paper. We don't need to see you in our office as we can attend to all of the conveyancing processes with emails, scanning, online forms however on the flip side, we love meeting our clients so please call and then come on in and see us.

We have experience with rural property, town residential, commercial property and retail business. Now based in Wollongong we are very approachable and you will always be able to speak to our conveyancing department. We are a family business with over 30 years of customer service experience.

Buying and selling property is one of the most important transactions anyone does. It involves a lot of money and requires prompt, expert legal advice which we provide. But we also know how to respect you as the very important people that you are. We take time to listen and to explain.

Nothing really. We don't charge extra if you are First Home Owners, or whether you are a cash purchaser or getting finance. We do provide discounts to clients who use us for multiple transactions.
