Steve gave me a follow up call after giving me his quote. He arrived within the timeframe provided. He has given me options and has kept me informed of progress. He discovered a major flaw which a less than reputable mechanic failed to mention when I had it 'serviced' the week before. Repair still ongoing. I would thoroughly recommend him.Christoper
