Came around and gave a quote. We accepted then rang to say the girls in the office made a mistake and requoted (higher). Still accepted it. Job start date changed a couple of times. Paid for the Screeding. I did the waterproofing myself the date for the actual tiling changed twice. Weather delays didn’t help. Had to leave for o/s and paid for the work done. Agreed to pay invoice upon receipts of photos of finished job. Looked ok from photos received so paid. Came home to find although the actual tiling was good the job was not finished. The edging around the tiles still had tile spacers in them - no grout or silicone. Rang up to get them around to finish the job to be told he was o/s. Have had to get someone in to finish job as its open to the elements. Would I recommend this company ?no FN way!!Phil
