We are fully insured. If you live in an apartment building and need to give your building manager proof of the public liabilty insurance we can provide documentation. We also have transit insurance so if any significant damage occurs during transport it will be covered.

We knew that the job provided a physical aspect and that it can be challenging at times. We also knew that the industry was very competitive and that we could provide efficient, safe and affordable removals

Do we have any hidden fees? And the answer is no, we dont like hidden fee's and no customer likes to see a fee on their bill that they werent told about, when our receptionist or one of our removalists tells you what the quote is that is everything you need to know, we will never add any hidden fee's. If there is a fee on your bill that you are unsure of you can always call us and ask us about it.

Our removalists are efficient with their work. We try to be on time every time but somethings can happen that are out of our control, regardless of this your move will still be completed.

If you have stairs at the pickup and would like to reduce the time move the items downstairs before we arrive Feel free to help us carry things out to the truck, we dont mind extra helpers. We will stack the items correctly for you. Make sure you give us as much detailed information as possible when you make your booking (such as access, stairs and if the items will be disassembled), our receptionist will make a note of this and pass it on to the removalists. Don't worry about having to remember all the questions, our receptionist will ask you when the booking is made.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We currently have a low price for an 8 tonne truck. The price we use is generally the price for a 3 tonne truck, but as a special gift to our customers here at Oneflare, we are offering the 8 tonne at a low price for a limited time

We charge an hourly rate plus GST for our service. Charges start from $79 per hour depending on what size truck you need.

All of our removalists have been trained to safely and efficiently do your move.  All new removalists go through a training period of a month to make sure they can also efficiently do your move.
