I do have Public Liability Insurance and Yes I do guarantee all of my work that is provided to the client, as per quotes given.

I was caring for my mother for 3 years, after working in the cleaning industry for most of my adult life and thought I would be doing so for quite a while. Unfortunately my mother passed away last year and couldn't face going back to work for someone else and wanted to work my own hours.

How much do you charge? It depends on the service you require and the size of the home. Do you charge by the hour or a set rate? Both for General Cleans I charge an hourly rate, but for specific job types, it is a flat rate. When are you available? Mon - Fri between the hours of 7.30-4.30.

I am an Independent single person, so I do not have to worry about getting others ready, before I can head off to work. I am always on time, if not earlier than I say. I have never been in trouble with the Police or broken the law and my National Police Clearance can confirm this.

Type of accommodation, type of clean required, when clean is needed, if general clean-how many hours required, address of property, anything extra you would like doing, contact email/phone number for correspondence. what would be a good starting time for them, how will I access the property.

Make sure that areas needed to be cleaned are easily accessible. Be on time to meet at the property to allow entry Be precise in the work to be carried out

As I work alone, I am able to keep costs down by using a lot of chemical free or eco-friendly products, which saves me money, so this is passed on to my customers.

I will electronically send a quote and on confirmation of the quoted job, I then send an Electronic Invoice. Payments are either Cash on the day of the service, Square Card Reader and Bank Deposits via OSKO

Yes. I specialise in Bond/Vacate and Inspection Cleans, which I have had a 98% positive outcome from. I guarantee to back free of charge to rectify any issues I did not address, as per quotes.
