  Katherine was excellent ! We couldn't be happier with her service. Her communication was so fast and efficient. She even reviewed our contract when she was away and promptly replied us on Sunday morning! She even offered to talk to us on Sunday. We were amazed she is so proactive. Before signing our contract we realised some issue with the strata. They didn't allow pets. We were super stressed. Katherine was so helpful she offered to call fair trading to see if there is anyway around it. We really appreciate her going out her way to help us. Getting a new house was so stressful but my husband and myself both agree Katherine is a life saver. We would have no hesitation using her again. I have no issues laying more as I am a stronger believer in you get what you pay for. And the service we received was well worth it.

  Cathrine was a dream to work with. It can be a very confusing and stressful experience, however none of that was the case. Any questions we had, even if already asked, she answered and helped us through the whole way. Can't recommend enough.
