Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have public liability insurance and a priority appointment with the local VET should there be a need. We do not have a formal guarantee as such. However we do ensure that our customers are happy with the groom and will work with clients in the rare occasion that they are not completely satisfied.

I love dogs!!!!! I have worked in the pet industry my whole life and when I had the opportunity to buy my own business I was thrilled.

Pennie Parker is a little Bischon Friese who visits us ever fortnight and has become part of the K9 CHIC family. She has stolen Georges hart (Our Bishon) and brings such joy to our reception area as she gets really excited when she visits us every time.

I absolutely love working with the dogs through out the day. Transforming them into cute or sharp looking companions and just having a little pat of play with each of them keeps a smile on my face each and every day :-)

How long have you been grooming for? At least 2 years of full time grooming for basic breed clips  How did you learn to groom & have you had experience with my breed? Allot of people are self tort or have limited exposure to standard breeds. For traditional breeds or scissor work, ask questions.

How often should I groom my dog? To ensure the best coat maintenance is key. We recommend as regular as 6 to 8 weeks depending on your dogs breed. How long does it take? Our appointments are for 3 hours, You are welcome to bring your dog in any time before then and pick up anytime after.

Breed, Size, Coat condition and the style of groom you are looking for. This can be done online via our website or over the phone.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Bath & Brush your dog regularly. Matted coats, can cause injury, and take allot longer to groom. This will cost you more as it takes more time. If you don't have time then; 2) Book in for a hydro-bath between the groom appointments or; 3) Book in for a tidy up between groom appointments.

Per size of your dog is the standard method. However additional fees may apply if your dogs coat is matted or your dog is ill-behaved during the service.
