  We’ve called them on several occasions where we needed their help. They have done a lot of work for us, from simple to more demanding matters. Response times are always impressive and familiarity and experience are always notable. We have tried other workers on a few occasions and they weren’t as good and skilled as these guys! They are now our permanent choice.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes, we have appropriate public liability insurance to protect our customers and ourselves; workers compensation insurance to protect our employees. We guarantee our work for a period of three months, provided no-one else has interfered with our work within that time.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  My first trade qualfication was as a boilermaker, a trade I worked in for some years and generally enjoyed. However there came a time when I realised I was missing direct contact with people. I decided to undertake another trade - one which would allow me to interact directly with customers and provide a personal service to them. Plumbing seemed the ideal choice - and so it has proved!
