  I booked in a date and time with James after he actively called me up about my ad. Supplied pics and description and phone call. We agreed on a price and I cancelled the ad and other similarly priced quotes. I txt him3 days before the job go ask about warranty of the works. James pulls out with a vague txt saying job is too much for him and sorry for the inconvenience.
