  My partner and I first connected with John almost 1.5 years ago when we began planning to remove an internal wall in our apartment. From the very start, John guided us through every step of the process, helping us navigate the many delays and challenges of securing approval from strata and council. Since this was our first major renovation, his expertise and support were so helpful. Once all approvals were in place, John wasted no time in coordinating his team to get the job done. Even the most hesitant neighbors in our apartment block were won over by the care and professionalism of his team, who took great effort to protect common areas and minimise disruptions. We also appreciated the thorough cleanup and responsible disposal of waste—our apartment was left in excellent condition once the work was complete. As with any renovation, there were a few minor delays, but John handled them seamlessly. For example, when we needed a subcontractor on short notice to install floorboards, he quickly found a solution. Thanks to his efficiency, work began on a Tuesday, and by Saturday, we were happily moving back into our newly transformed space. We couldn’t be happier with the reno—our open-plan living room and kitchen have completely changed the feel of our home. Sticking with John throughout this 1.5-year journey was absolutely worth it, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a home renovation. See before and after pics.
