  If I could give no stars I would. John Took advantage of my situation with my Mum with Alzheimers. My Dad was meant to do it for me but was unable due to my mums decline. Told me he really wanted to do the job as his Dad has Alzheimers. John’s craftsmanship is terrible, he covered my down pipe and other drainage. He didnt complete the job and demanded progress payments and asked me to transfer into his mates account (so dodgy) he’s very hard to talk too. not personalable was like getting blood out of a stone.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I left school to do an apprenticeship as a landscaper and afterwards I went on to work in hotels as I was young and loved the social life of hospitality. Then ten years later after returning from overseas I thought it was time to put my trade to work. That was in 1999
