How did you decide to get into your line of work?

How I decided to get into this line of work because of the family history backgrounds of Engineers, builders, architects and interior designs. I've always had the passion to work in constructions and finishings. I love to see the finish products and the satisfaction I get after I've started or created something in my head.

One of my favourite customer story I would like to share is I had a single mother customer. She lived in a 80y/o house in midland. Lived in it for 35years and never done any maintenance. I gave her a quote on her kitchen renovation. From strip out to a new modern style kitchen. Every new financial year for the last 8 years. (When she gets her tax returns), I've been working at her house , new laundry, bathroom, full internal paint job, new gutters, down pipes and facia boards. External paint job, new front fence, gate and roller doors and landscaping around her yard. This customer doesn't even try getting other quotes but she knows she could trust me to do the job properly and she knows I do my best to save her $$. And I find out she has 8 other properties in the local areas that I had renovated on dealing with her tenants. That's a very satisfied customer knowing that she can trust in me and recommends highly of us.

What do you like most about your job?

The most I like about my job is the reward I get of knowing I've done a very satisfaction job. And I've done something to help other customers achieve what they had pictured in their heads or never thought it could never be done to a high standard quality of work.

A customer should always ask the questions with the Service Person if they've had the proper experience in that aspects of job. I know it sounds silly even though they are the tradesman but it always helps to get the proper trade that's had plenty of experience and knowledge to make the job easier and guaranteed.

The questions customers always asks us is "when can you do it"? Our answers are "We can try to start as soon as we can, depending on if we can purchase the required materials locally. We can normally start within a couple of days depends on how big the projects are and if need any Engineer drawings or council approvals",

We will need to come out and do a site inspections. We will need to take out any measurements required and to Speak with the clients and find out exactly what they want and need to know what their budgets are for us to meet their required costs.

We always charge as a set Price to meet clients budgets, with no blow out costs or any extra work required from our written Quote may have to be on extra hourly rate, if need to be.

We have a fully qualified cabinet maker and carpenters that owns our own workshop to carry out any building projects. We have a Licensed Contractors in any electrical's and Plumbing and Gas. We have fully experienced tilers that can carry out any types of work and all types of Tiles. We have fully experienced And registered Painters that can work with any types of projects including internal, external, roof restorations, Garage floors. concrete driveways and work with any types of paint including epoxy coatings.
