  I am extremely disappointed with this cleaning company and would not recommend them. Firstly, their communication was extremely poor and unprofessional. While they were very persistent in calling and messaging to receive payment, they failed to properly carry out the duties and responsibilities they were paid for. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Secondly, the main cleaning was not done to a professional or end-of-lease standard at all. There were many areas left uncleaned, with visible dirt, dust, and heavy stains. The windows were particularly bad — it seemed the cleaners either did not know how to clean windows properly or lacked the necessary experience. Thirdly, the so-called “one-time redo” was completely irresponsible. They spent less than 10 minutes on the redo, which was clearly insufficient and did not meet the agent’s inspection requirements. Overall, using this company caused us a loss of time, money, patience, and peace of mind. I have photo evidence to support all of the issues mentioned above. This company is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude. I strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

  hi tamir thanks for your comment, but i am pretty sure people do the job for getting their bond money back. we come back to do the redo like whatwe offer to you, and communicate everything to the agent. event agent clearly understand if mould under the silicon cant do much with the spray mould. but anyway thank you so much for your rate, just remind again we are a cleaner and clear do what we offer to you (even i already give you discount)

  These guys were awesome. did an amazing deep clean in what was a very old apartment and made it look brand new. very punctual as well and didn’t cut any corners and even stayed longer than planned as they wanted to make sure they left with the job done right
