This was a very disappointing experience, although they fixed one aspect of the job, they created further problems afterwards, and completely ignored our correspondence to ask them to fix it despite the supposed 10 year guarantee. After they cleaned the roof they blocked the gutters that they had earlier cleaned and didn't come back to fix this when it was leaking for weeks. They also left debris and mess everywhere including a big pile of broken tiles which they agreed to collect but never did, then we couldn't remove these for months due to lockdown and will need to pay extra to have this taken away. They have changed their name and ABN, it looks like it's now A-Z Roof and Home Care now.Cher S

This company did not do half the work they charged for and the work they did do was incredibly unprofessional. They lied about putting in new timber and insulation in my roof but charged for it, they lied about what materials they were using when doing my drive way and left my house in utter shambles. Also never sent me final invoice as promised.Alisa

This company would have to be the most dodgy and unprofessional company ever. Extremely bad workmanship I have leaks still all over my roof, they broke other things whilst here left mess everywhere charged $8500 and my roof still leaks, I'm a single mum, because I complained they threatened to come around and punch me. They change their ABN and put down different names and have no company address. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I now have to pay out for more repairs.🥺😪😠🤬
