We have been in the building industry for over 40 years and we have started from the bottom working our way up to the top and have seen what mistakes are been made in the building industry and we want to make sure that the standards are followed and places are been built correctly.

1.	Why should you get an Pre-Purchased Inspection done? Answer: ? Getting a Pre-Purchase Inspection done by a licensed Building Inspector is crucial as the reports are a legal document that you can negotiate to get yourself a better deal, or allow you to break your contract if there are any hidden defects that you may have, or not, notice when you inspected the house yourself.

We have a point of difference from all the other companies and it easy to see. On our web site a picture tells a thousand words and so do our reports. They are full of photos of all the defects found, so you don’t have to try and spend hours of reading through pages of text, to find out what is wrong. With our reports you can see straight away from the photo, what the problem is, and we explain what to do about it in a few lines of text.

Have stage inspections done to save on expensive repairs later on, because your property was not built to the standard it should be. Have an inspection done before you buy that property and save on expensive repairs with defects you did not know about. Have an inspection done be fore you bid on that Auction, because you don't want to win the prize and find out you have a surprise that is going to cost you thousands.

We are not the cheapest, but we are not the dearest. We are in the middle range of pricing, but our reports are what you pay for, they are not just a few pages full of text, most of our average reports are 28 pages long full of photos which don’t take long to read. Our prices start from $200 up to $550.

We specialise in New Construction with a point of difference from all the other building inspections companies, is that we refer the Builder back to the Building Standards and the Building codes of Australia, BCA / NCC, so there is no excuses or delay in having the defects rectified. We have photos and diagrams that are taken from the standards and form part of the report, with a signature  section for the builder to sign and date when these defects will be rectified

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All the inspectors have their own Builders Licence and have Certificate IV in Building and Construction, as well as Police checks, they all know how to build, so they know how to inspect.
