  I would like to recommend Francois to anyone is looking for someone is on top of the game, and be there service you the best. Since the first phone conversation we had, I know Francois know exactly what he is doing and how he is going to take the lead for my project. To the second meeting and inspection of the property, you can really trust Francois is someone will be taking care of your project like his own, and make sure you experience no stress or worries at all. He is amazing, and I think you can trust him that he will take care of you according to your needs.

  We have an old floor plan for this premise in Beauty Salon. Now, we opened a Hair Salon, so the premise needs to be changed the plan to apply to the council. We need help drawing the plans The area is about 55 m2 , on the 1st floor , at 65 John Street Will need a builder at a later stage Thanks in advance, Kevin.............This was the original advertising concerning this jobs which clearly says "we need help drawing the plans" JFH DESIGN SERVICES is an architectural office which deal with architectural plan only for DA approval from council and JFH DESIGN SERVICES has executed the plan and free administration at a very low fee and got approval in less than 4 weeks with a high quality drawings which was drawn on revit. Now the project is in Construction stage and I help filling all the paperwork for Construction certificate application free of charge. Obviously they will need structural engineer and builder to complete the work. That's right, as I said I am not a structural engineer nor a builder and obviously I can't do it. As said "it is the first time I rent shop and do business" meaning that now we know that an architect don't do structural engineer job nor builder job. Why mentioned "Will need a builder at a later stage"????....JFH DESIGN SERVICES has done is job excellently by getting approval very quick (also if the drawings was not a good quality the council would have reject the plans) and help a lot as usual and as mention below. Now the plan is approved wishing all the best.
