Hi, my name is Jess and I am a qualified personal trainer with 9 years fitness industry experience. I also have a degree in medical science, a background in amateur boxing and martial arts, and 4 years experience working in mental health. I specialise in weight loss transformations using a variety of boxing, MMA, functional strength training and HIIT workouts. I pride myself in providing fun, effective workouts with a major emphasis on technique.
