Including but not limited to pools, houses - slabs or posts/stumps, concrete slabs and more. We stabilise and lift structures by injecting polyurethane under the footings of the subsiding sections. This process simultaneously fills the voids and compacts the ground until the path of least resistance is up to achieve structural stabilisation and if required lift the structure back to the desired level. All this is achieved with no mess, no digging, completed within 1-2 days and is backed by a 50 year product warranty. Jaypax Group combines many types of investigations including CCTV pipe inspections, service locations, void investigations, underlying soil strength tests, no dig pipe repairs plus more to identify and provide the best possible outcome for our clients. All of these investigations can, where necessary, be conducted by Jaypax Group.
