Absolute disaster. Arrived 1h.40m late. Sam the boss had 2 inexperienced young men who I'm sure had never done any moving before. Sam spent a lot of time talking on the phone while the boys stood around not knowing what to do. Sam went away from 10 .30 to 4.30 and ASKED ME to drive the truck. Our furniture damaged [dining table, book case, pedestal lamp, fridge, lounge. ] they also managed to scrape the texture off the stair ceiling and mark the walls. It was after 6.30 before the fridge arrived. Sam left around 6pm for personal reasons. 3 other men were recruited and around 8 pm they were done. The men tried but due to inexperience and lack of supervision failed to meet expectations. Other companies had quoted around $600 for this move [ 2 bedroom unit 4 km away] This move took over 12 hours with 2 to 5 men. My wife & I moved a lot of stuff ourselves.Emma M

They were 75 minutes late. A lot of my furniture was damaged. Very disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility for the price I paid as a single mother!! Will not use again. I have emailed them and have not received a response yet in regards to furniture they damaged.
