  Unfortunately yes I did reschedule your last appointment as I had a goat emergency with a C-section and then I did offer you an appointment after the school holidays as I was fully booked with holiday care and grooming. The offered appointment was my next available in front of other clients waiting and you ignored my text message on the be 25th September. I wish you and Koby all the best finding a suitable groomer

  Great experience. Carra did a very good job cleaning up our boy, especially the matting around his eyes caused by a weepy eye infection. She was also very friendly but I think the proof is in the fact that our dog wanted to go home with her. Cheeky! It cost a little more as Carra did a pick up and drop off for me as I have mobility issues but I thoroughly recommend her and so does our dog.

  Excellent service from Cara, I hv a very anxious dog and Cara was so patient and caring. I was so pleased , my dog Lucy was so relaxed I couldn’t believe it. Definately have her again. So convenient not to hv to leave home as well. Lucy was clipped exactly as I requested. Many thanks Gaylene
