Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

The Lawn Salon is fully insured and gurantees all of its work, if you are not happy we will return and fix whatever it is you are not happy with at no extra cost.  We are not happy unless the customer is happy.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I got into the lawn mowing industry after many relatives and friends kept commenting on how much care and attention i paid when i was mowing my parents yard and the vacant block next to us.  Seeing as i had all the equipment to start it just went from there.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I completed a job for the local primary school where a house a teacher was living in was over grown and unlevel, i went in and removed all the over grown bushes and trees, levelled the ground out and laid turf down, the difference was amazing.

Seeing the satisfaction of a clean and tidy yard after the lawn mowing and edge trimming is done always brings a smile to my face.  Especially when the lawn has been over 4 foot tall

After being burnt by money hungry tradesman that only cared about the money they were getting and not the job they were doing i started my business and take pride in all the work i do.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Me and my colleague take pride in every job we do, and we dont book too far ahead which enable us to ensure the job is done correct the first time.  We arrive on time and take away any rubbish leaving the site clean and tidy

The size of the lawn if mowing is required, and how long the grass is, what materials are required if maintenance is needed, specific details of what work is exactly required

By organising a quote before hand ensures the customer has no unexpected surprises after the job is done, also booking in to become a regular client entitles the customer to a v.i.p card which opens up a whole list of discounts the customer can recieve.

Customers receive a stamp for every job over $20 ( one stamp per job per day ) and after 5 stamps are collected they receive 20% off their next service. Pensioner discounts are also available

I am in this business to provide customers with quality work and aim to beat any price on services we provide ( with evidence of a written quote) We do one job at a time, making sure each customer is satisfied

How do you normally charge for your service?

Payment options are cash, direct deposit into my bank account and cheques are generally only accepted from business' but private ones are generally accepted with prior arrangement

We specialize in Landscaping, Lawn Mowing and all Home Maintenance jobs.  Nothing is too small or too big, from a tap washer replaced to an entire fence constructed, we do it all

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Growing up my parents and friends noticed how much passion i took in lawn mowing and landscaping.  When i left school i invested a little money and bought a ride on mower and various other equipment.  Since 2008 i have met some tremendous people and things have been going from strength to strength.
