  Quoted job, failed to remove stumps (which was specified in job) despite my agreeing to pay additional costs. Told me job was complete (as we were away) and to complete payment (we had paid 50% ). Not true! 5 stumps still there and now have to be dug out as so badly hacked and reticulation (2 years old) damaged and requires replacing. Claimed retic was 'old' and would complete stump removal (has had 3 opportunities as we won't give company unsupervised access to property again) ...but has taken no responsibility to complete job and has no customer service. Had given them job as had promised to have job completed in quickest time frame. Very disappointed!
