• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  People usually ask If I'm a Printer, I'm Not but I can arrange printing through outsourcing. I also get asked if I charge per hour or work of a set price and the answer to that is It differs from job to job but general for logos I charge a set price but for most other thing I charge per hour

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  To make quoting easier, have ready the idea of what you want designed with all the key attributes you want covered in the design and your Idea of a time frame for when you wanted completed. also if you need me to arrange printing please let me know so I can include that in the quote price.
