Since I started training with J.J. 4 months ago I have lost 14kgs and lowered my bodyfat % from 33% down to 25 % (I am now in the healthy range!). What I am really enjoying though is the fact that I am now in a routine thanks to J.J.'s habit setting sessions ( and constant nagging!), and I am loving my workouts, which means I can see myself continuing down this path. My clothes fit better, and I now have tonnes of energy!
