Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured and have liability of 5 million dollars. If I client rings up and says we have missed something or not happy with the standard we make sure we are back fixing the  problem within 24 hours in both garden maintenance and cleaning

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I Would spend every minute I had to myself in the garden at home, and thought I could make other people happy with my services. I always love seeing the end result.

The finish product and a happy customer  With out them  your business won't  last long in a cut throat industry Being out doors I love. I dislike being home inside watching tv or in an office closed in. I'm in my element when i'm doing the job i enjoy

Most common question is price and then availability. We would explain that most jobs are an hourly rate but bigger jobs would need to be quoted and once we come to an agreement we then give them a day and a time

The jobs done once and done right the first time. I have the staff to cover, if ones away or injured and that's so the customer never gets disappointed that we will not show up.

We do the little things right, and my brother and myself take pride in our work and are always checking over each other's work. 90% that do choose up have never had to look else where We treat every job like its our own place. Our two cleaners are also exceptional and very thorough have an eye for detail. They are not afraid to get down and scrub. They are both mothers and know what it's like to keep that house clean and fresh and are honest hard workers.

Know you can do the job and doing it right the first time.  Have all the tool and equipment for the job Have a plan to stick to and not make it up as you go or bluff ur way through  it and to stick to my word.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The customer has saved money by already contacting us as they would never be disappointed and there is no need to spend money on unnecessary calls. They could help move  objects that  have to be moved which can be time consuming when mowing and on an hourly rate adds to extra time so keeps the price down. Also possibly have a plan in place of what you want done or needed in either the gardens or inside the house for cleaning

We have a package that we have 38 of our clients on. We call it a TLC pagage True Loyal Customer  What we do is they pay every week a direct debt to our account and we service there property fortnightly. We aim and expect that when on this package to clients do not have to do a thing around there house. This includes mowing lawns, all hedging, tree trimming, grass weed and feeding, gutters cleaned once a year, a pressure clean of 2 hours where client chooses where they want done, driveway, roof, outside walls of house. All green rubbish removed. On average most pay between 30 to 40 a week on the average home

They are extremely fair prices in such a cut throat industry and  are a lot of cowboy no experience off the street garden maintenance people trying to make a quick buck but with JB Rogerz you certainly do get what you pay for and sometimes a little bit more

We charge lawns by the size of them All other garden matters is $40per person that includes GST in price  House cleans are $30p/h with a minimum of 2 hours Bond cleans start from $250 depending on size of house

Keeping our clients happy, without them there is no business  We enjoy all projects in the backyard that has had no attention in years to have our high quality of work

We both have always loved the outdoors and doing our own backyards up, so we said one day lets make a successful business of it. We started from scratch 3 years ago and have grow to have easy 100 clients and 40 that we visit fortnightly all year round, we have contracts with pubs in Brisbane, realestate work and plenty of body corporate work too. Our cleaners have been in that industry for 8 years and come with references as well and are covered under insurance
