We perform our duties to the level that we expect to receive form others who consider themselves a specialist in their field. We provide a very happy and friendly environment when dealing with our customers and deal with them on a level that is comfortable for them to understand. We believe our after sales service is second to none so give us a go you will be pleasantly surprised.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  Firstly we need to know if we are dealing with a PC or a Notebook this is very important and the repair costs can be very different depending on the type of PC. Can the faulty item be brought in for service or do we need to come to you. If the fault is a printer or internet related ie: Cable or ADSL then we would need to come to you.... where as 3G/4G Internet Issues could be looked at in the workshop. Provide as much information as possible, ie: Desktop/Notebook/Printer Not working or No Internet Connection or my Network no longer works and more the more detail you can provide the better ..........unfortunately telling us it simply doesn't work or is faulty doesn't always help us.
