  Real estate agent stated that the following items required attention and hired a second cleaner: Minor scuff marks to loungeroom and dining room walls; Dirt marks noted to kitchen floor, over and above the black/chip marks; Dirt marks around handles to cupboards in kitchen; Cupboards and drawers in kitchen require wiping internally; Oven door internally requires clean; Crumbs noted inside grill; Minor marks to bathroom ceiling and walls, looks like mould spots; Floor to bathroom and toilet has dirt to corners; Vanity benchtop requires wipe over; Soap dish is marked in shower; Bath taps have dirt marks noted; Toilet is dusty to exterior; Mark noted around laundry cupboard handles; Balcony light fitting not working and dirty to exterior.
