  Poor communicators, large copper pipe sticking out the wall of the living room was not commented on because it was “concealed by furniture”. I will have to get another company to inspect and would not recommend these guys

  Phil was great. He booked us in right away. Had affordable pricing and picked up all major and minor defects. Easy to read the report and was happy to answer any questions and explained the report to me over the phone. I ll definitely be using his business again to inspect our new build in the near future. Highly recommend 👌

  Due to the manipulation and false information of our mortgage broker, we were left with next to no time to have our pre-purchase building and pest inspection completed. So after calling almost every inspector within a 2 hour radius, in comes Phil from Inspector Homes WA to rescue our almost shattered dreams of owning our first home. And we couldn't have been happier, as not only did he do the inspection and report in time, but the quality of the report exceeded our expectations and delivered us with crucial information that will serve us well moving forward with our ownership. We couldn't recommend Phil and Inspector Homes WA highly enough, and certainly wouldn't hesitate using his services again. Albeit, with a little more notice next time!
