  Carmen did an excellent job with a very complex interstate renovation job. (Walls at odd angles, strict body corporate and a very specific design aesthetic, on a tight budget. ) Carmen has a great eye for design and detail. She instantly understood the brief, found creative ways to reduce the cost and supported all last-minute changes due to the building, the body corporate and mistakes by tradesmen. We came in on budget and produced an investment apartment that looked so good that a tenant rented it the day after the job finished. 10/10 I can't praise Carmen enough.

  We recently worked with In Idea team on our second bathroom renovation. Over the years, we have done a variety of home renovation projects at various properties. In Idea is the most professional team we have ever had the pleasure working with. Carmen the designer, pays close attention to every single detail. She maintains a fine balance between aesthetics and practicality and implements our ideas flawlessly. Carmen also manages to source fittings and materials for us at very competitive prices. Anthony is a very experienced project manager. Unlike many other builders we have come across in the past, Anthony is very hands on. He spends a great deal of time on site supervising and supporting other tradesmen in person. Carmen and Anthony give us updates on progress and scheduling every day. Our questions or concerns are discussed and resolved promptly. No issues are too trivial or too big. We are so impressed and delighted with the outcome, we have decided to work with In Idea teams on our master bathroom renovations as well.
