As a cleaning business we have undertaken regular cleans for both homes, offices, restaurants, childcare centers and hotels, this type of work requires the owner of the premises entrusting us with their keys to grant us access during non-business hours for offices and during work hours for homes on weekdays, We are happy to say that we have never faced any incidents regarding trust. Our services are supervised, monitored and keys are strictly controlled. Customers are our priority and  our cleaning crews are required to have current police checks as a part of our company policy.

Our company always has an Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) onsite at jobs and our cleaners are well trained and experienced in a variety of services such as Carpet cleaning, Window cleaning, Bond cleaning and home/domestic cleaning. We are value for your money as all our services come with a guarantee, if you are not happy, then we aren't either!  We are  proud to be an AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 and AS/NZS ISO4801:2001 certified company, therefore you know you can rely on us for both Quality and Safety. Our belief is that quality services should not cost a fortune, our hardworking teams are ready to take your job on board!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Typically I would like to know what type of a clean it will be i.e Bond clean, Domestic clean, Carpet clean, Window clean, Spring clean.  Also would you require any added services such as laundry, mould removal and high dusting? I also like to know the size of the property such as number of rooms and/ or measurements and how often we will clean it, More cleans = the cheaper the service as we can maintain the cleanliness at the premises. If you have any existing invoices for the same services please email them to me so I can take a look and give you a discounted rate service. Last but not least, for more complicated jobs I like to do an onsite quote if possible - This helps me give you an accurate quote and helps you save money and time.

You can save money and time by using these 3 tips! 1) Have a previous invoice for the same job? give it to us and save money 2) To give you an accurate quote, allow us to visit your premises and understand your cleaning needs 3) Recommend our services to others, Ask them to tell us who sent them to us and we will be more than happy to offer you a discount and/ or a free service
