  I wanted someone on a permanent basis to come every couple of weeks to maintain the garden. He came a couple of times, did a little bit of work, left rubbish (didn't clean up). Said he'd be there at a certain time, then changed the time/day, then didn't bother showing up at all. Would not recommend him at all.
