  We had never heard of a Buyer’s Agent till a colleague told us about how Hot Property Experts aided them to buying their new home in Hamilton, as we did not have the same financial plan but we really wanted help as we had been watching for 6 months in Ipswich. We call a small number of buyer’s agents to see what the change was and we felt that our colleagues were correct, Liz and Nicole from Hot Property Specialists the most cooperative out of the buyer’s agent we called. We have now engaged there services and we are very pleased.

  We have been using Liz Wilcox as an assets buying agent since 2007 and have productively got both speculation and housing property with her leadership. We have found Liz very malleable and consistent to work with. The service providing by Liz and also Zoran Solano has been perceptive, gratifying, down to earth and very expert. They frequently went the extra step to confirm our speculation assets had everything fixed with tenants etc. so we didn't need to care. This correlation has established to point where we were relaxed with Liz purchasing unseen property for us. Extremely recommended

  Dear Hot property Specialists Buyer’s Agency, After our first visit to Noosa in mid-2010, we liked it so much we elected to buy a unit in Noosa Heads. A consociate, dweller of Queensland, advised us not to consider buying property without the help of a Buyer’s Agent - a concept of which we were quite heedless. Through an internet search, we found and checked out Hot Property Specialists Buyers Agency and retaining Lizs services which has turned out to be the best choice we could have possibly made. Negotiations on a property that we had seen during our Noosa visit fell though despite Lizs best efforts (sellers wanted too much for the property and Liz advised us to walk away), checked out other properties and came back to us with the best penthouse of its type in Noosa, matching the one we had been looking for, all done over the phone and by email. Liz then aided us to get the property ready for the holiday rental market and dealt on our behalf with the letting agent. We have since had the chance of relishing the penthouse ourselves and are pleased with it. We have developed a friendship with Liz and Barry who continue to act on our behalf and watch over the penthouse as if it was their own. We would highly recommend anyone considering buying property in Queensland, mainly overseas or out-of-state residents to use a Buyer’s Agent and without any reluctance!
