Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are most definitely an insured business. (not many are in this field) We hold an ever current 20 mill public liability, product and workers comp insurance for all of our staff. Our work is always covered by a 12 month min workmanship guarantee.

I was looking for a change and decided to give it a go, I haven't looked back and that was only a couple of years ago now.

I love turning a clients desire and vision and then creating them into a reality.  The look on some peoples face is priceless when they see the end result, that makes me do it again and again.

There are many competitors out there and to choose the right one is the most difficult, it comes down for me as to who presents the peace of mind and value for money. Most important never buy on price as it often ends in heartbreak and regret then costs double to repair or replace.

How much?  This is normally the first question and very difficult to answer due to variables.  Once we complete the estimate the answer is revealed, unfortunately not before. When can you do it? We are normally booked out for 4 weeks in advance so for us its a first in best dressed

We offer a complete turnkey solutions predominantly for new/existing homes including concreting, fencing/gates, retaining walls, decking, gardening, demolition, turfing just to name a few. We only install the highest of quality products and our team are reliable, courteous and professional.

There are many facets to design and presenting an estimate.  Firstly the lay of the land, then we look for potential obstructions and buildings that may make the job more difficult this relates to access which tends to be a major issue from time to time.  Then there is the basics of measuring

Have a distinct plan/idea in mind of the desired result. Ensure at all times they do not simple buy on price as this will often cause multiple repairs/purchases. Set a budget and try to stick to it.

Normally we send a project estimator to the site in question to complete a thorough measure and quote the estimator will work with our clients to design the project.  Our projects are typically charged as a design/supply & Install quoted rate. Some aspects do get charged by the hour.

Our specialty is the full service, right from design to demolition and then to construction. Not many providers have as wide a variety of services available in the one convenient package.
