Major career change after a long career in Government.  Wanting to work for myself where my efforts, beliefs and work ethic are rewarded.  Fed up with bureaucratic red tape and lack of recognition.

Performed a clip on an abused dog who was frightened, aggressive and extremely difficult to handle.  A normal clip service takes around 1 hour with this animal taking 3 hours to complete.  With love, understanding and a gentle approach, the transformation was remarkable with a thrilled owner

The joy of being outdoors and working with our beloved canine companions.  Every day brings challenges when working with animals and I love the joy it brings when working with difficult or frightened dogs.

When it comes to finding the right pet groomer - you must ask the following:  1. Are they professionally trained and if so, by who and what qualifications do they hold?  2. Are they Pet First Aid qualified?  3. Are they fully insured?  4. Are they Police checked?  Would you entrust the care of your children to a Day Care Center where the staff weren't qualified? No you wouldn't so why should your fur-children deserve any less care and concern for those who care for them?

What prices do you charge? Well this is an open ended question as there are so many variables that come into play when either washing or clipping your dogs. Coat condition, behavior and many other factors can influence the final price of what it takes to properly care for your Canine and Feline family

1.  Breed type and size? 2.  Coat type - long or short haired? 3.  Is the animal badly matted? 4.  Are they a puppy or adult? 5.  Have they been cared for professionally before?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1.  Do not clip a dogs coat in any way, shape or form before we arrive.  This only makes our job more difficult and may add to service costs  2.  Clean coat of grass and other debris of possible  3.  Play with their feet to ensure that they are used to having them handled.

Our services are charged on a case by case basis with considerations such as breed size, coat type, behavior and other areas of service will differ from pet to pet

We specialise in all breeds of dogs with an additional service in grooming our feline friends also.  Grooming or body clipping of all breeds along with general health checks performed on your pet whilst in our care.
