  I hired Matt to cater for my Husbands 80th birthday. We had 42 people for drinks and finger food. The service provided was of high standard and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend Hire A Chef.

  We had an excellent experience with Hire a Chef. It was very much a last minute booking as another caterer had informed us on Monday that he was unable to cater for our party. By Monday evening I had the menu from Natalie and it suited our requirements exactly. Any question was answered promptly and everything was settled by Tuesday night. On Saturday the chef and waiter arrived promptly and the food was really nice. Our guests were very impressed with the variety and quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hire a Chef.

  Yes we have Public Indemnity. please note this will cover us for our service. We suggest if you are holding a large event to enquire in your own insurance

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  When Matt was 15 he got dragged into an italian restaurant by his mum to was dishes for a friend. Matt cant remember much about the dishes though his culinary experience only grew as he fell in love with cooking. Since than Matt has worked at Restaurant forty-one (2Hatted), Astral (1Hatted) & Hyatt
