  Hindmarsh Pest Control must be one of the best services in Adelaide. I had active termites in my house, eating away at my bathroom. The company I had hired previously did a very poor quality job, didn't respond well to my concerns, and ultimately failed to exterminate my termite problem. There are a lot of dodgy pest control operators, but Simon at Hindmarsh Pest Control certainly isn't one of them. I have serious health issues associated with chemical sensitivities, so spraying toxic chemicals around the home isn't a safe option for me. Simon took this on board immediately and was very knowledgeable about the available options, while using the least amount of chemical. He explained exactly why the previously installed termite traps were inadequate and poorly placed, and then recommended the safest and most effective baiting system available. The quote for the work was extremely competitive, which was an important factor for me. Simon was friendly, helpful, flexible, efficient and punctual, and he left the work area clean and tidy on completion. I can't recommend him highly enough.

  We were very satisfied with Simon's performance. The price quoted was competitive and he clearly and professionally explained what he proposed to do for the money. While conducting a very thorough internal termite inspection, Simon found the underfloor configuration required more inspection hatches to be cut than was originally envisaged. This extended the job somewhat and resulted in greater disruption than we were anticipating. Simon, however, did a great job cutting the additional inspection hatches, and when he left there was little to show that they were there. The job obviously took longer than he had anticipated, but there was no attempt to increase the cost beyond the original quote. Simon was extremely thorough in all of his work and he has given us great confidence that our home is currently termite free and will remain so, even with obvious termite activity on the property. I would have no hesitation recommending Hindmarsh Pest Control to friends and relatives.
