  John’s service is outstanding. We asked John for a Building and Pest report which was so comprehensive. We felt so reassured as home buyers that we understood any issues with the property. He also took the time to go through the report with us in detail and answered all our questions with patience. He made a really stressful situation a lot easier.   John has been very responsive and easy to deal with . I had approached him for a building inspection that my parent is purchasing. He had arranged access with the real estate and had the report ready in a day. He also followed up with me several time to discuss the report. I recommend him.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with John for a pre purchase building and pest inspection and he definitely delivered. He managed to book me in quite quickly and completed a thorough inspection followed by a detailed report the same day. He was available to take a call at 9pm due to a few questions I had and patiently answered my questions. I would definitely recommend John to my family and friends! John you're a top bloke mate!
