We believe that it is essential you spend your legal fees where they can work the hardest for you.  There are many stages and aspects of a family law matter, and not all of those stages require the same skills.   Why would you pay an Accredited Specialist to prepare legal documents that can be drafted by a more junior lawyer?   Why would you engage a junior lawyer to give you high level, strategic advice?   We take a team approach ensuring that the person with the right skills is working on the appropriate aspects of your matter, to make your funds go further.  If you wish to, you can also prepare some documents to further reduce your fees.   Regardless of who is working on your matter, an Accredited Family Law Specialist is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the high standards we expect of ourselves - and you can expect from us - are maintained ice, 20 years court experience (and a lot of life experience) means we are the best team to go in to bat for you.   We believe that Court is a last resort and will explore all options available to you to minimise the impact of divorce on you and your family.  We offer fixed fee initial consultations.    We believe you should receive as much information and advice at that consultation as possible, so we will email you some documents to complete beforehand.  That ensures that your time (and money) are well spent, answering your queries, addressing your concerns and providing detailed advice specific to your family law situation.
