Having played sports for 17 years, and then starting high school, everyone would come to me with their fitness and training needs, and I would help them out as best I could. I love everything health and fitness, so I thought I would combine the 2 and make a living from something I love

Started training a friend of mine, who hadn't really been to the gym before. 60 days into following my program and personal training, he had gained 4kgs of muscle, and dropped 9% body fat.  6 months later, after having decided to go on without me, I came one night to help him out, and we started doing strength work. He believed he could only lift a certain weight for a particular exercise. After correcting his technique, and supporting him, he was able to lift 17.5kg more than he thought he could

I have had more difficulty with my training than most people will ever experience, and I know how hard it is to overcome difficulties and progress So there is no better feeling than being able to help someone who needs it and seeing them happy!
