Hay Property Consultants are a trusted, experienced firm of Real Estate Valuers and Property Consultants providing quality real estate services throughout all areas of Victoria. We have been operating for over 30 years and are full memebrs of both The Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. We are also members of the Owners Corpoarations Institute of Victoria. The principal of our firm Peter Hay is an REIV Sworn Valuer and a fully qualified Specialist Water Valuer. Peter is also an External Studies Teacher and part-time lecturer in valuations at the Chisholm College of TAFE and Dandenong, Outer Eastern and Northern Metropolitan Colleges of TAFE, together with over 8 TAFE Colleges throughout country Victoria. He is frequently interviewed by the Age, Herald Sun, B.R.W and the Financial Review on a broad range of valuation and property risk management issues, has provided guest speaking services to various banks on current property values and market trends, the Victorian College of Pharmacy night lecture series on buying or leasing your own business premises, the Bank of Melbourne on current property valuation issues from a mortgage lenders perspective. In recent times he has appeared on radio and television providing commentary and advice on various Real Estate Topics. We complete valuations for mortgage purposes, compensation and government acquisitions, litigation, rental determinations, insurance, prepurchase and sale advice. We have completed many specialised rural valuations ranging from large size grazing properties, dairies, orchards, cool stores and cropping properties through to horse studs, equestrian centres and hobby farms. In recent years we have assisted many mortgagees in providing specialist advice regarding realisation values, methods of sale and feasibility analysis in respect of alternative uses.
