  These guys helped us rent a house and they were the nicest real estate people that we have met. We’ve talked to a few other agents and they weren’t as patient in trying to find a home that will be within our budget. We’re happy to have met them because they would definitely go out of their way to try to help us find the perfect home that will suit us.

  I have rented a house for three years through this branch and have worked with the best property manager. Linda was very professional and does her job well. There were always inspections to check the house, and repairs where done on things that needed professional attention from skilled workers. We have been renting for the last 15 years and Linda was by far the best property manager that we’ve had.

  We got a letter from Harcourts noting that they are offering a free appraisal of our home. We gave them a call and they have scheduled an appointment for an agent to visit our home. Their agent came on time and was very friendly, and has quoted the worth of our property. We were also given some suggestions on how we could increase the value of our property.

  These guys helped us rent out a property and they are great people to work with. We simply ring them if there was any problem and they would immediately address our concern with no excuses. They fix what needs to be fixed and they do it quickly. They are very professional in dealing with us and are friendly and accommodating too. Pleasant guys to deal with and are highly recommended to others!

  Our property was listed for sale through Harcourts. Our first meeting was very professional and their people knew the industry well. They explained the process in details and were honest and upfront about the fees and costs involved with no hidden charges. We would recommend Harcourts to those wishing to sell their property in the market. These are honest guys that you can work with.
