We get a high level of job satisfaction from making an office clean. We enjoy the look on our customer's faces when they are happy with what we have done. And most of all we enjoy becoming a small member of the office team.

Since cleaning is a time based task, the most common question is understandably "how long will the work take?" The answer is that since every site is a little different,the time taken can be variable. We are happy to work to either a time budget or job completion.

We fully understand that the client needs to feel comfortable to have an unknown person come into their premises.. That is why we prefer to meet the potential customer in person before doing any work. It gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and understand any particular requirement

Our quotes or estimates are largely based upon our experience of the time taken elsewhere. So a good place to start is with the number of each type of room, such as total square metres ,number of bathrooms, wc's, kitchen, individual work areas or offices. Any particular risks or challenges.

Adopting a clean desk policy, even if only for the time prior to the cleaning visit as it minimises the possibility of a misplaced document. Dirty cups and dishes placed in dishwasher and try to keep floors reasonably clear.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We appreciate the difference between cost and price. The cost of having poor service is a level of upset which can be inconvenient at best and expensive to redo. The value of getting a reasonable job done is that you will be happy and probably use the service again.

We will come to your office and compile a schedule of services which we will then quote you for. Cleaning is typically a time based service so we pay particular attention to how and when you would like the services provided.
