I guarantee my work and have almost a 100% success of all my council’s submitted applications. Design excellence awards from Parramatta council 2005. Our projects have changed the way people live, work and play and the way they think about design. I have business insurance (Public Liability Insurance)

I have a passion for design and documentation and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team environment. I have a broad knowledge of the delivery of architectural projects and also have a sound working understanding of the Australian construction industry.

01-	What type of project you are interested in? 02-	Are you fixing a problem or creating a new? 03-	What’s the outcome you hope to achieve? 04-	Your general concept or idea is? 05-	Your list of priorities 06-	Any other requirements or special interests? 07-	Any site issues that need to be addressed? 08-	What is your construction budget? 09-	Provide any additional supporting information  Then you can just review and discuss this brief with your architect or building designer - aim to refine and clarify it. A starting brief is just a starting point. Look to work closely with your architect so they have a clear understanding of your needs and how best to proceed. This is especially true if you are working to a tight budget.

Land or lot site dimensions and north orientation Class of the land (zone of the land) Any useful information can help to define the work outline.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Qualifications In a short introduction of myself, I have recognised qualification of architecture with good experience in some of the best architects firms in both Melbourne and Sydney. Experience I have experience working in a collaborative team environment on complex, design-orientated projects with many years post graduate experience working in Australia and overseas as part of an architectural team on the documentation and construction phases of complex design driven projects. Skills I have strong construction documentation and construction phase skills with the ability to work with the Project Director in delivery of high quality construction documentation and construction phase architectural services. Through my work with previous architect’s offices and my own charity work I developed ability to manage and direct documentation teams within deadlines. I have proved unique ability in my architectural work outcomes and I am able to co-ordinate the design inputs of a team of external consultants through the documentation and construction phases of complex projects. I have a thorough understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards, materials, construction techniques and detailing.
