  Despite booking several weeks in advance, the service did not arrive as scheduled. I confirmed their commitment to arrive on time a few days before the appointment, and they assured me they would be punctual. However, on the day of the appointment, they did not arrive at 9 AM as promised, and phone calls and texts went unanswered. They eventually responded, indicating an arrival time of 10:30 AM, which they missed, followed by another unfulfilled promise of 11:30 AM arrival. At around 2 PM, they made another promise that they would come soon by then we had to arrange for someone else to do the job from late evening until night. All this led to our cleaners having to cancel and appliance delivery to a new place had to be rescheduled and furthermore.
