  I have been visiting Renee for over 12 months now for massage and more recently Pilates classes. The thing I love most about Renee is her ability to make you feel comfortable and give things a go. Im not a little person and have a few extra kgs but Renee makes me feel supported and gives me the encouragement I need to succeed in a healthier lifestyle.

  My business & work is covered with the appropriate insurance, as per industry standards. Both the personal training & massage aspects are adequately covered.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always inherently been drawn towards helping people and I have a long history of being involved in sports and physical movement. I have always had an interest in attention to detail, biology, and have always been the one to rub everyone's sore shoulders since childhood.
