  Hi Ivanna, We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don't meet the expectations. you requested an inspection for a funny smell in your daughter's room due to some kind of liquid spill. we found out that the Smell was because of mould in an area of approximately 50cms. we suggested you different options and one of the options was to replace the carpet however you decided to go ahead with the treatment and we left an air mover because we told you that the carpet was going to take longer to dry and we highly recommend you to leave the air mover for up to 48 hours but you call us next morning to let us know that you decided to get a new carpet because you couldn't handle the Smell. When we called you to send you the invoice you didn't mention your disappointment and agreed to pay the invoice. we always guaranteed our work and our priority is to have happy customers. we highly advice you to contact our office to process a refund and next time please let any business know your disappointment before rating your experience. we wish you all the best.

  Experience was good with Greater Carpet Cleaning, quote was underestimated due to rooms being odd sizes, Greater Carpet Cleaning worked with me to offer a rate that was cheaper then what it would usually cost and didnt go to far above my original quote to do the extra space.
