I have always have a huge range of pets ( family ). I love that I can combine my passion for animals with the services I offer.

I love animals. The variety,breeds, natures and the personalities is such a fantastic part of my job.  I try to make them all feel secure as that is how I would want my animals to be treated.  I treat yours as I do my own.

All the questions they need to know, view their Facebook profile, read reviews, ask about insurance, reliability etc.  All questions are important.

I'm asked mostly about cost.  I go over what the cost of all services are to help with their needs.

My business is my pride and joy,  everything about my business is a reflection of myself and how I would like my pets to be cared for and how I would like to be treated as a customer.

My business is to care for your pets.  Great Expetations is a registered business, with Liability Insurance and Police checks.  I will care for your animals as though they are my own in your absence.  There well being and your peace of mind is my main concern, I do not hire sub contractors. Im the owner and the one who comes to visit.

What your address is? What sort of pets you have? What sort of care are you looking for and what dates are you needing.  Everything else is covered in a meet and greet consultation in a time that suits us all.

I offer all new customers the first daily visit free,  this is not for the initial consultation it is for the visit I do to your house once you have booked.   One free visit for all new clients.  Not for overnight stays.

My first daytime visit is free to all new clients.  This is not the consultation it is free also.   The first visit to your pets with your first booking is free.

Being the owner/operator I dont have any staff costs and I am very competitive for a registered business as I try to keep everything affordable as I have pets and know what its like to have them cared for.

All prices are on my website www.greatexpetations.com.au and are based on the service and time you require as there are different needs. My visits start at $20.00.

No it varies as do the needs of peoples pets, I try and cater for pets of all breeds, descriptions and their needs.   I try to provide a well rounded service to cater for all pets.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have a life time of looking after animals after growing up in Rural New Zealand. I owned horses and rode since 5 years old. we had dogs, cats, birds, cows, chickens to name a few and of course sheep.  We showed our horses so we had to groom and prepare them,  Our dogs were pets not working dogs so it was our responsibility to take care of them.  I own a cattle dog staffy x and a Kelpie X and 1 cat.  2 are both rescue pets and one is a clients dog who could not take them to their new home.  Sandy, Ralph and Bonzo.
